Research & surveys indicated a domestic market with a fair share of home linen brands and products jostling for space yet glossing over the actual needs and buying behaviour prevalent in the category.

APPROACH
This insight prompted us to envisage an ideal & comfortable shopping environment for a product line that is synonymous with warmth, comfort and personal style statements. We then pivoted our design ideas around this ideal environment and wove a concept keeping the urbane, metropolitan buyer in mind by taking cues from emerging home and fashion trends.

Spatially, the store was zoned into an experience pavilion at the center, surrounded by a floor to ceiling continual gridded fixture. This fixture was then interspersed with relief areas for visuals and props. The continuity of the fixture aided in ease integration between sub – categories.
A deliberate emphasis was placed on the use of the brand’s logo in the spatial environment in order to reinforce brand recall and positive association. Surface treatments, textures, visuals and props were carefully selected to infuse warmth, whilst still maintaining the modernism in the design language. Last but not the least, an arched facade offseted the sharper lines of the fixture design, creating an interesting juxtaposition of modern vintage.
NVISAGE left the client with a distinctive space and a new conviction:
‘Home is not a place, it’s a feeling!’.
